Gaf believes SE overshiped and there is no way the PS3 can ever sell 1.8 million anytime soon.

the receipt looks real, i have never heard of price drop so early.

Do you have a link to the thread. That just seems... crazy. I mean, even if you had so many... how mad are the people who waited in line going to be when they find out they could of NOT waited in line... got the game CHEAPER and the same day.

I mean... there is plenty of time for pricecuts.

there seem to be a huge issue over the reason why hardcore games not having legs in Japan, which seems to due to used copies being sold at a much lower price, so most hard core users avoid buying the game at first then buy it used 10 days later thus killing the sale numbers.

It's definitly something I think we should wait and see with.

Yeah, most of the discussion on GAF is about how crazy and impossible the 1.8m shipment is. It's over double Famitsu's first week projections, isn't it?

Well a million was what most of them believed. The problem is we don't how many pre-ordered the game, second it's seemed to be late change of heart from SE to increase the chipments and third It going to mess up their prediction big time unless it fails badly.
