Interesting....

I'm guessing the main reason for the demand is these:

-Sky player

-Modern Warfare 2

-Cheaper Arcade price

-Forza Motorsport 3 (it's holding out quite nicely in the UK charts, clearly word of mouth is doing wonders for the game).

It should sell more than the DS.

I don't know why but this sounds not being too much reliable.

If a product is the most searched in the web it should be the most sold too.
And in the UK 360 doesn't sell more than the Wii for shure.
