i posted this gameplay vid recently in the HR official thread. its a lil bit disappointing. :(

the good: solid 30 fps confirmed.
the bad: boring gameplay confirmed pretty much as well. even the whole graphical athmosphere looks boring and flat in motion. no UC2 killer imo.

sadly, it is loosing steam to his direct competitor - Alan Wake imo.

i still hope for both games to turn out well though. :)
lets wait and see how the reviews turn out.

Heavy Rain and Alan Wake have one thing in common. They are both games. This is all.

Very nice...

If I had a PS3 it would be my number one or two most anticipated PS3 game for 2010 (competes with GT)...

@the blue: You're using your opinion as a fact? If you're not a fan of the genre just say so.

 

@red: The 2 games are of completely different genres. I wish people would wake up to this, already. It's nothing but fanboy fuel. Seriously, don't go there.

blue: did i say its a fact? of course its my impression of the gameplay footage, what else? executing critic on a game is not a crime! i can be a fan of the genre and still be disappointed =/. i play all kind of games, i dont care if they are rpgs, shooters, sports, action-advantures or casual games - as long as they are good games i will enjoy them! i dont buy fifa over pes because i am a fifa fanboy, no i buy the game with the better impression and this year i had to buy both because both were great! (just an example)

 

it is getting compared all the time in the forums so...

in the end i may buy both games anyway...

That's fine, but to say it's losing steam to Alan Wake is a little ridiculous.
