I saw little more than 20 of them still available at Euronics last Thursday or Friday, but I was sceptical, I can't count the times I went in vain there for special offers in ridiculously short supply, but now I get to know from Google that MediaWorld too had that offer, and they usually have very big supplies for their best offers, now I'm curious about Italian sales for the week ending now...

Yeah, but only stores and chains with that offer sold them out, maybe I was misleading, at other shops they should have it still available. But I guess that if MediaWorld had a stock huge enough, and they often have it, they could have got a consistent share of entry level PS3 Slims sold for this Xmas. BTW Euronics had, side by side with PS3, XB360 arcade at 179€ instead of 199€, not a good offer compared to PS3 and even less to those Wal-Mart offers in USA. Wii had little discounts too, but it sells well anyway, currently Wii and PS3 here are competing for the hugest advertising campaign.
