Its root clearly spring from Robotron, but it almost completely throws out the shooting mechanic. The only bullets you get to shoot are ones that you absorb from enemies. Otherwise, you'll have to use your tail whip or your pinball-like spin attack.

It looks like a lot of fun, and features a co-op mode if you have a buddy over.

I've never bothered to watch a video of Fl0w before. You're right, they totally stole that art style.

The gameplay is still very unique, though.

I really should get around to grabbing some of the PS3's downloadable goodies... if I ever manage to catch up with my Wii backlog.

Looks like they took some art design from flow, but the overall art style is actually kind of different. Also, the gameplay looks totally different. I'm curious how it turns out -- it looks like fun.

I tried many of these types of games this year and Im still waiting for geometry wars 3 personally.

For some reason, geometry wars 2 makes my eyes bleed after about five minutes.  I think it may be because I'm playing on a plasma screen.

yeah lots of color in that game. I just find the gameplay really intense. One of the few games I got perfect achievements on...

Any idea on a release date?
