Forums - Sony - W29 has bought a PS3!

You're the cattle, I'm the bull. I'd never be pretentious enough to call myself the herder. I love metaphors tee hee hee :)

Ok, ask yourself this. Your main reason for disliking W29's post is that he traded in his 360 for a PS3, and you like the 360, and now you can't relate to him anymore. That's fine. But you went to a thread where W29 talked about buying a new PS3, and what did you do?

"Pointed out the extraordinary downsides of a system".

Which is a really delicate term in this case for trolling. Honestly, I'm way too tired to go through your jumbled paragraph, so I'll just leave it at that.

I just pointed out why such a decision is foolish.

For example, if someone traded in a video game system for a 200 dollar massage that would be foolish because the massage only lasts an hour, the gaming experience lasts a long time.

Obviously my example is not parrellel with the subject of trading in a 360 for a PS3, but that is the position I am coming from.

I have personally persuaded many people to buy a 360 and they have been overwhelmingly happy with thier purchase.

I dont think alexie is dipping into the ps3 as much, we were talking about this last night.

He is just mad/disagrees because hes thinks its foolish in his mind to trade in his 360, and fork over 200 bucks for ps3 and 2 games, and not new games. Hes just saying he made a bad decision, i dont think hes dipping into the ps3 that badly

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

I bought a 60GB PS3 today. Previously I had the Xbox 360 Elite. It started to give me problems simple fact. It started to give me these wierd grinding noises near the disc tray and the power brick fan was running high then low. And I started to get worried. I didn't want to go through Microsoft since I never had to do that with the PS1, PS2 or the PSP. So what makes you think I will go through a company because there product is bad. So I traded in:

Xbox 360 ElitePlug and ChargeHalo 3Tom Clancy Rainbow Six VegasMadden NFL 08Tomb Raider: LegendFableAnd the total was $380So I took $90 out of my pocket and got the used 60GB PS3 and got a Gamestop warranty. Then condition by the way was outstanding, like no one has used it yet. Scratch free and beautiful.Anyway, I bought Resistance: Fall of Man (at Gamestop) and a HDMI cable (at Radio Shack), Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (Best Buy). Came home, plugged everything up and it started new, programmed settings and its beautiful.I'm back with my Playstation Family, no more worries of system failures.

Welcome Home :)  Now go buy Warhark and kick some ass :D  Free Online Play :D

@Soriku

I agree KH BELONGS on the WII like it or not Ps3 guys...

But I also feel

FF now BELONGS on the Ps3, after seeing the CGI n visuals...

________

But WHAT POSSESSED you to say 360 will get "SO" (Star Ocean)

If anything PSP will get that....

SO is releveant to JAPAN more than USA I think...

WTF... Don't be a traitor :P KH spin off's belongs to the Wii, just like FF spin off's.  KH is worthy of the ps3.

KH3 will be ps3 exclusive and Soriku will be buying a ps3... Why do you think he is making ps3 threads - even though they can be more bias towards the Wii.  He's getting ready to jump ship as he is worried that KH3 is going ps3.  This way the judgement won't be as harsh from the ps3 camp when he does jump.  But I'm on to Soriku :P
