Its quite obvious the male population, majority of it, HATES mainstream pop, because society makes it seem as if the person is either GAY or has horrible taste in music. Admit it, secretly some may even like pop music, but just dont say it because of what society makes it be.
I dont care if you think I am being irrational in my post, its the truth, I am sure you have had a moment in your life were you listened to a britney spears song and said to yourself "Wow I like this", and someone came along laughing saying "Lol dude its brithey spears, she sucks, you seriously cant be into this chick stuff" and you probably said "No ofcourse not, pop music sucks, its all about this and that" .
To say she has no talent, and cant sing, is the point I was making, not because he doesn't like her music.
HE SAID "SHE HAS NO TALENT, AND CANT SING", how is that opinionated? If someone can't sing, they CANT, if they can they clearly can.

leo-j, I know that someone not liking Lady Gaga boils your blood, but don't go off rambling on us.
I doubt even you would wear a Lady Gaga t-shirt and go off listening to her music in school, so everyone is pretty hypocritical when our social status comes into question.
Then there's another issue entirely with rampant non-conformity where everything mainstream "must suck". There are a number in this forum that suffer from it, not that I'm naming anyone.
