Since Finland is practically already in NATO - or at least leaning heavily towards it - we'd be obligated to help you guys anyway, so yeah. However, I don't think there's really much we could do.
I'd say Finland can muster up to about 800,000 active troops in case of an emergency, and there would be issues in not only getting some of them to the US, but defending against Russia (most likely) with the rest - if someone has actually mounted a full-scale assault against you guys, shite has probably hit the fan everywhere else as well.
If we sent some troops over, we'd pretty much have to reorganize the military into active guerrilla defence and forfeit about half the country immediately - which could be a better option than taking the Russians head-on anyway.
