I think they should. They've handed out 40's like nobody's business this generation.

Having played FFXIII, it's a 41.

If the game is as good as it looks like, then it definitely should get the highest praise possible. Personally, no Final Fantasy game has been short of perfect to me, and I think that for most people who love the series feel the same way ;)
