I considered doing that, but I did this in case people complained about the decades choosen, this way, they cant complain as there is a nomination proccess

Why are we only nominating bands? Shouldn't we be nominating any music from those decades? I mean I'd like to say the 60's as my top choice but my two favorite artists of that decade are considered solo artists.

oh, yeah, sorry its not clear, but any artists are okay for this, I assumed people would get that, my bad, so yeah, solo artists are no problem.
