Fun game to find out most popular bands from certain decades, to start with, nominate upto 3 decades of music.

for instance, this would be my vote:

60's
80's
90's

the 5 decades with the most nominations will become the categories for the game, people will then nominate bands for the top 5 of that decade, then people will vote for there favourite of thoose 5 bands, the most popular being crowned VGC's favourite band of that decade, after all 5 decades have been won, the 5 winners will be voted for, for the crown of VGC's favourite band.

I don't see how much voting of decades could change the outcome, but here goes anyway

This voting for decades thing seems odd. I mean we only have 7 decades going and we're picking five of those. Why don't we just ditch the 40's and 50's and do 60's through 00's.
