Played Halo CE over xbox connect haha that was SO long ago. Then i switched over to halo 2 over xbox live and have been a gold member since! Crimson skies and Kotor I and II. Counterstrike. Gosh there were so many good games that were overlooked. Definitely a good console

I ended up with it and 30+ other games. I just originally bought it Grabbed By Ghoulies. It is the worst system I have ever bought. That just shows how far Microsoft has come since then

Halo:CE was why I bought my Xbox (like most original Xbox buyers, probably).
My favorites after it were:
Crimson Skies
Ninja Gaiden (it was so amazing)
Halo 2 (of course)

And I actually really liked Psi-Ops: The MindGate Conspiracy... it gave me hope that someday they could really do a Star Wars game with good force powers.

Dead or Alive 3.. Had such a blast with friends when we got together... This was the only game we played all night xD

Halo Combat Evolved.. I went to the store with friends where they had a kiosk and played that game in co-op mode for hours lol xD Good times man.. Good times.

Ninja Gaiden Black.. Pure single player awesomeness.. So hard, so satisfying..

Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit.. Also awesome single player game.

Shenmue II port, a reason to love the XBOX.

I got the green limited edition mountain dew xbox,it was great that X mas.I was more of  a playstation guy but did not care then.

What swithed me over was the hard drive,I loved not having to buy a memory card

The games I loved were both halos,crison skies,star wars republic cammando and their are so many others but those are just ones off the very top of my head.

I had KOTOR but at the time did not understand how large rpgs were untill I played more later on and had a better understanding and took me less time to complete a quest.A year ago was when I went back and finished KOTOR and I see why everyone loved it,thats one of my favorite games for the xbox and I played it 3 years after I had a 360.

i didn't have the original xbox but i have halo ce i say it is great imagining how fun it was when released if i am having fun with it now
