Sorry I thought azzer was the one who edited it. Like I said its not the biggest of deals and would probably be considered a minor spoiler.

FYI @ Everyone - Some people are very sensitive about this stuff and as a general rule if you think that anyone COULD consider it a spoiler its best just to spoiler tag it and be safe.

I've been on media blackout on SMG and I read through the entire GAF thread about this and was lucky enough to avoid anything - although I had an idea, but It wasn't confirmed..

Then you come and put it in the THREAD TITLE.

Cool, probably shouldn't have made the title what you did though because it seems some people were mad about it, and I don't like having things spoiled either but I don't really mind for this because I've never been much of a console gamer. I'm going to be getting this though once I get a Wii.

Oww... I was actually planning to post this before kotaku even heard of it (the source is from a thread on gamefaqs' super mario galaxy board, it's a scan of the offical super mario galaxy guide that came out). I was actually hoping someone could come up with a thread title that's more obvious indication of a spoiler without revealing it.

Basically, Luigi will run faster and jump higher than mario, but will have diffculty in stopping. They otherwise share the same move, but apparently Luigi will be much harder to play. Although after you beat the game as Luigi and get all 120 stars for him, then there's nothing left to play in SMG. Although I suspect by the time you finish that, along with the holiday game, it'll probably be time for Brawl.

Some other spoilers regarding some of the stars, don't read if you don't want spoilers:

1. You can't get all 120 stars on first play through. You have to re-beat browser after collecting 120 stars after beating him the first time.
   
2. Some of it is earned through a 100 purple coin collection per level or something of that nature
3. Some of it is earned through playing a daredevil mode where you have only 1 hp, so if you get hit, it's game over
4. The above 2 are from 5 comets that apparently offer some kind of difference to existing galaxies

I'm pretty sure everyone would have heard of this on launch day anyway... It's not much of a spoiler imo
