I haven't gotten an exclusive rpg for the PS3 yet. But I'm getting Demon Souls soon. Anyways since I played only multi - plat rpgs I would go with Fallout 3.

Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

Actually for me...it's none of those. I'd say Dragon Age: Origins is my favorite. That will soon change with the release of FFXIII & White Knight Chronicles though.
