Sure mistakes happen, and when they are of that magnitude, the person at the ass end of that mistake has every right to seek recourse. And if it is found that the stamp was a deliberate response to her protests... then she deserves to win the case too.

Of course she shouldn't get money, but it is kinda understandable that after such a shock, she tries to punish whoever is responsible for it.
