Rumors are starting to surface about the PS4, psp2, and ds2. With the DS2 having the Nvidia Tegra 2 and may have graphics around that of the GC.  I think they will go for the current 360 hardware specs for the wii2 and let the 720 and PS4 do their thing again.

What do you think Nintendo will do for the next console gerneration? What is the minimum hardware specs you'd like for the next Nintendo Console?

More online content for games. Betas, Demos, and Add-ons for games. HD, of course.

I think the next Nintendo console's online will be like the PS3's.

I don't want the next wii to launch in this year but it has a strong chance. 2011

Better online (demos, no friend codes etc), a normal joystick with analog and d-pad + Wiimote in the box, and HD.

There is no reason why Nintendo with all the money its making off the Wii and DS cant blow the competition away with their next console.  Make it extremely powerful and easy to program for.

Retain Motion Plus but also add a normal controller as standard for more traditional game play.

Improve online features and make sure it had a Hard drive.  But not at a pitiful size.

Nintendo's next system will be much more powerful than the 360 or PS3 since those systems can already be built for under $200 (Ps3's blu-ray keeps it's price high). By 2012 it will be even cheaper.

Nintendo will release their console for no less than $300, and will be at least 4 times as powerful as current machines.

I don't think Nintendo will make a new DS the DSi and the DSi LL will be around for a while.

What Nintendo is planning to do is to bring back the single screen handheld and what's better than bring back the Gameboy.

I think I'm the only one that believes that the next portable gaming device from Nintendo will be the next Gameboy..

Nintendo said that the DS will not replace the Gameboy when they were announcing the DS for the first time.

I think they will go for something around the same performance of the AMD X2 using a couple of lower powered menlow cores with a 20-30W HD 63xx level graphics system.

I don't know. I have a bad feeling about this... Nintendo will make controversial choices again, I feel it.
