Capcom said 8-10 more characters, 2 being new. We have Juri as one of the new characters and if the rumors are true, the next new character will be Hakkan, an oil obssessed wrestler. The other rumored characters are from SF3 they are: Makoto, Dudley and Ibuki. Ibuki is all but confirmed*, which in my opinion, makes the rumors right as well. So far the rumor list has been right about: Adon, Cody, T.Hawk, Dee Jay, Guy, Juri, bonus stages returning, and 2 ultras (its a safe bet that its gonna come true).
