they did say up to 8 new ones, so they could be all the characters or there could be 2 more

Do you remember how many Capcom said will be re-appearing fighters and how many brand new?  If its just that Juri character then thats a little upsetting.  If its re-appearing, I want Evil Ryu and/or Super Akuma. 

A nice little thing Capcom shouldve done is have Guile's "Charlie" costume instead of just a costume but should actually BE Charlie.  Its like now i feel they'll never add Charlie cause Guile took his costume already.  We all know Charlie was the cooler of the two lol.

Capcom said 8-10 more characters, 2 being new. We have Juri as one of the new characters and if the rumors are true, the next new character will be Hakkan, an oil obssessed wrestler. The other rumored characters are from SF3 they are: Makoto, Dudley and Ibuki. Ibuki is all but confirmed*, which in my opinion, makes the rumors right as well. So far the rumor list has been right about: Adon, Cody, T.Hawk, Dee Jay, Guy, Juri, bonus stages returning, and 2 ultras (its a safe bet that its gonna come true).
