There are page control options, you know.
And it's only damage control if they thought their games were particularly good BEFORE this announcement. In case you hadn't noticed, they weren't that impressed.

I think the best part about this trolling is that the people acting like this is some horrible blow to the Wii were the same people bitching and slamming the console for games like Boogie. So when the studio puts out games like that, it's the worst thing ever. When studio says they may back off, it's not only the worst thing ever but the Wii is also doomed now.
Delicious contradiction.

Seeya EA, don't let the door hit you on the way out.. 'cos I don't want your ass-prints on my door.
So how come liking the Wii is like wearing a +3 cape of video game publishing? Is it some kind of Malstrom effect going on?
Tease.
As usual, the Nintendo diehards are out, it is NEVER the Wiis fault, NEVER.
This is the funniest damage control ive read in years.

Purchasing a Wii automatically makes you an expert in how to run a game publishin company, you didn't know that ?
Of course 99.99% of the people giving those advices have never run a business in their life, even less a gaming company...But they know better than those that do that as a job !

I see your point, but I should also point out that it would be hard to manage EA worse than it's being managed. We're talking about a company enjoying record revenues, downsizing heavily and still losing a huge amount of money.
The best thing I can say about them is that they're debt free... that should give them some breathing room, enabling them to take on some debt to survive a while longer.

Wrong. They admitted it was a problem when the biggest games of holiday '08 were AC and Wii Music.
And in this case, that's just a strawman. That studio chose to make those mediocre games. The Wii didn't make them.

You continue to not answer my question about what kind of games you do like. What do you buy on other consoles? Or do you only like Nintendo games? Its pretty hard to see where you are coming from if you won't tell us anything about what you do like. |
look at the games I bought, then you'll know
