Most under appreciated games to me are:
1) Folklore-very detailed graphics and cool six axis implementation (I bought all the DLC when it went on sale recently).
2) Genji- This game was very underappreciated, I actually like the graphics and picked up the asia version for the alternative costumes.
3) Flock- Yeah this game cost like 14.99 when it first came out, but PSN had a sale this summer and it went down to $7.49 (I picked it up and it is a funny little game with cool trophies).
Honorable mention goes to the following games: Resistance 2, The Last Guy, Dark Sector, Prinny I can be a hero, and Everyday Shooter.
