Last year Uncharted 2 made its debut on the VGA's. God of War III also had it's premeire trailer shown at the VGA's.
Do you think we're in for more PS3 games making there debut at the VGA's?
If I had to guess Resistance 3 will be shown. We all know it's coming anyways :)
Maybe the highly rumored StarHawk or Jaffe games as well.
Well, 2K's new Spec Ops title is being shown as well as Halo: Reach. I can't really imagine what else might come 
(I know other stuff will come, I just can't imagine what)
And Resistance 2 was announced at GDC 2008 if I remember correctly, so I don't think R3 will be at the VGAs.
Hm I wonder what Sony Bend has been up to recently? Surely Sony isn't paying their bills for nothing.
Also sounds like Killzone3 is well into production. They've probably brainstorming and working on it since KZ2 released and been going full force since the last DLC was released on PSN
