well the iphone has two analogue sticks..
And the iPhone can offer games of great depth. Check the iphone reccommendation thread.
Couple that with the fact that maybe more iPhone have been sold than psps and well.. I mean, damn. App sales have been great, so there is a market. With half of those being iPod touches, which are more mainly used for games and other apps.
