We should wait for material which actualy shows something. I would see it as a good sign if the Xbox360 would release a game which has better Graphics then Killzone 2 or Uncharted 2. Because that would mean that the HD Consoles still have power for even better graphics. I hope that the Cryengine 3 will push the limits as far as possible and I hope all games will licence it.

If there really is an Hardwareupdate in the NatalXbox, could they manage it somehow that the games could be played on the Xbox360 classic ?

Could it be that the old Xbox360 play the games just in 720p and with worse special effects and lesser details. And the Upgraded Box could play the same games in 1080p with more details ?

Alan Wake - Based on the Alan Wake footage so far? Nope. Uncharted 2 does almost everything better than Alan Wake (although, again, this is just based on what we've seen so far - there's always the chance that the daytime graphics will be noticeably better looking than the nighttime ones).

Halo: Reach - Possibly. There was a massive jump in graphic quality between Halo 1 and 2. Maybe we'll see something similiar here.

I wouldn't take Microsoft's PR guy as an entirely unbiased source, though. Let's wait for some gameplay footage first.

If that's true then the Upg. Box won't be a 360, and if they say it is then they'll cross the line between consoles and PCs...

As for Reach, gameplay is all that matters, and Bungie always focuses on that first and foremost.

It'll have the same halo graphics which are nice but nothing special. It looks like he was referring more towards a good game then a graphically great game.

There needs to be a blackboard for graphics that supposedly can not be done on the 360.

This. those improvements are meant for Natal mainly, not games. And they won't be enough for you to really notice...it just makes the specs look better. Anyway, form the blurry leaked pics from before...the graphics looked pretty good (with some imagination as to what they look like without the blur lol) So who knows, it could be possible.
