2. Kingdom Hearts: a blend of japan and the west,  directed by the magnificent Tetsuya Nomura

3. Dragon Quest: TACTICS EXPLORATION FUN no need for sensationalist characters

4: Star Ocean : exploring the space never had such a depth mixing jpmanga style characters with star war

5. Valkyrie Profile: i still remember playing it on my PS1 and on my PS2 and on my PSP(lol all the ps platforms)
