Like I said before. What does Live have that PSN doesn't or won't have in the near future?

I'll give you that they have more downloadable games but half of them are horrible.

And half of the PSN games are horrible.  So more quantity and quality on XBL!  YAY!  Also has Last.fm, Zune Marketplace instant 1080p streaming, Music marketplace, party chat, video parties for netflix/zune, earlier updates/patches, more reliable Multiplat online experiences, the largest on demand catalog ANYWHERE (even larger than any cable company or w/e), integrated Facebook and twitter, not some buggy browser or some lame facebook auto-status updater.

Do you have youtube or myspace on Xbox live? And can you download FREE movies and music from torrent web sites on your 360? And can you gameshare PSN games with your friends? Does it have Vid-Zone?  Is it free?
