Yeah I'm from the UK. To be honest I don't play mine too much (mainly use it for RPG's) but I wouldn't mind playing some Monster Hunter co-op or Dissidia over the net.

Basically, it uses your PS3 and the Internet to 'fool' your PSP into thinking that other PSPs around the world are in the same room as you.  Essentially, it adds online play to any PSP game that only has adhoc.
