There are some question that seem to be open ended, but they are not, they are only yes/no question.Since google don't have the opinon to "provide your own opinions" to Yes or NO questions. I have used opened ended category as my medium. Please just indicate YES or NO and include your opinions if you have any.

Hm. Usually proffesors don't like when surveys are given to strangers. At least my consumer psychology proffesors hated it.

They always said that if you gave it to strangers you had to offer an incentive. Hence why college students usually get bribed with extra credit to take surveys.
