Forums - Microsoft - Banned Xbox Live Users Class Action Investigation

It's a money grab for these law firms the end user still get screwed and won't see a dime. Besides, people probably signed their lives away when you accept the terms of service so I don't see anyone having a legal leg to stand on.

This suit would probably hold in Europe where t he courts are against Microsoft more than they are against really breaking the law

I would hope they have more brains than that over there.  Just because Microsoft does a few illegal things doesnt mean its alright for alot of people to do illegal things to them

Modded console != pirate.

There really is not much else of a reason to mod a 360 except to play pirated games.

They should go ahead with this.

I'm sure there are some law enforcement agency that could get some use of a list of pirates with rl names and adresses :P
