First clear took me 51 hours.
Right now I am 40 hours into my second clear and I have like 3-4 hours or so left I think...

The best part of the game isn't the story or the game mechanics, it's how your party member interact with you, how the romance evolve and how others party members comment about it...
That was trully amazing...

Its only the 4 main ones. Its not ALL of the little blurbs at the end about each character or race.
I finished my frist run in about 53 hours, did damn near every quest, both DLC's and engaged with so many npc's and learned a lot of lore.
Just started a mirror run to get the opposite main quest trophies and im about 1/3 done at 4 hours with skipping dialogue. My third run im going to play as a bad immoral character the same way i played the first, talking to everyone but being a dick instead of the hero just to see and im going to do all of the character quests.
The main problem i found though after my first playthrough is that you have FAR too many text options early on that you dont really understand anything about the world around you. Thats why people arent really gripped, i was the same way...it was kind of "meh" until i recruited 2 of the alliances then i understood more how to play and what was going on.
The game truly gets better and i feel ill enjoy my third playthrough the most by knowing the character personalities and seeing how my new reactions and comments effect them.
Omg, this game is huge if the OP isnt done the main quest and has clocked in 74 hours........

Doesn't the PC version come with an editor to create new levels and what not? If so, I say go with that, if your rig can run it.

It sure is, the side quests can be redundant, but they all (or most) contain moral choices that effect how you can complete even the simplest "Go to X and kill or deliver message to Y"
I realized after the first main quest, which i wont spoil, but it involves defending a town, the sheer amount you can do to protect the town, setting up strategic points of defense, recruiting townsfolk and other things can take 5 hours, and it doesnt drag, you can go about it however you want which keeps it fresh and interesting rather than grinding and redundant.

So basically you just have to be it with a Human Nobe, Dwarf Noble, Dwarf Rogue, Dalish Elf, City Eld, and a Circle of Magi character? Those are the main backgrounds.

I'm over 90 hours in, and still only 44% through it according to my stats.
Just stopped playing before, im at about 48hours and im 37% through and ive been trying to do all the side quests... i havn't done the ones for take x number of potions, etc to x location though. I gotta say this game had me hooked since the beginning and i have done practicaly nothing but play it since i got it. I restarted on my first character which was a warrior archer (epic fail) and then went as a human mage and now im pawning. But this game is damn tough, and there really is just SOOOOO much to do.
Archer's are actually pretty cool. Just make sure you have two tank characters to draw enemy aggro.
