This is an awful thread. Who gives a crap what some dead beat knuckle head thinks? I don't base my gaming purchases on what my friends think and if you do that pretty sad that you have no self worth.

Then answer the question: Do you believe the rating system is corrupted?

Give an opinion and expect that people share the same is rather impossible.

It's just a battle of opinion, therefore, it will never end and it is useless to try to convince people and especially on the internet :S

first your cousins a total ass fanboy, and second don't listen to people, im comfortable with my wii and i don't give a rats ass what people think i also have a ps3, i dont go by AAA scores to know if its good, i want a game to atleast pass 7/10 then its sold for me, nsmb wii is a mario game how can he call it childish? its a damn mario game everyone loves mario its for gamers and new gamers if they wanna play our game, people like me and you grew up with mario so we don't think mario is childish its for everyone (thats fact)

Yes.  And eventhough I believe that strongly and say it often on this forum, that still doesn't keep me from wanting a PS3 of my own.

Just because reviewers are obviously bais against the Wii doesn't make the games on the HD systems bad.  You don't have to overcompensate for other peoples hype or reviewers downscoring the Wii games by hating actual good PS3 games.
