There are anime series based off of arcade games. Not a big deal.

Also pokemon red and blue are in the top 5 for best selling games in Japan. To think there wouldn't be other media would be absurd.

Hmmmm... In America the Anime came out first then the gameboy, but either way, the games now a days are based off the Anime.

And you can tell this how? If I remember correctly, the games with the new generations of pokemon come out before the new pokemon in the Anime.

cause when pokemon first came out, i was still a lil kid and the Anime series came on, then the gameboy version came out a few months later, im not sure.

Because it is the opposite. The games are more popular than the anime. Evidence of this is how much Red & Blue sold compared to pokemon games of today.

Thats because..The Anime was popular back then.

Without the Anime, the games wouldnt be shit.

But i love pokemon season 1-2. I would actually buy a Wii, if they remade them on the Wii.

Every Pokemon game is the same. If you've played Red or Blue you've pretty much played them all.

Which actually makes no sense because Red and Blue came out before the anime, and still sold amazingly. There is only an anime because of the success of the games.
