I think they might get Ignition to do it. But I don't know if it'll be stocked as well without a more major publisher like Ubisoft.

It just me or is this post ironic? Wasn't not having enough copies one of the excuses as to why it didn't sell well.

Except it did sell well. Personally I always tend to find it in game stores unlike some other games. The reason it didn't sell more was it's not a very mainstream game and it got a lack of marketing.

Well will always be subjective, but that's not the topic at hand.

Intially, I remember people saying that Ubisoft did not send out enough copies and that no one could find the game. (I know Blockbuster never got it in and I still don't think they have it)

That's been said.  Though that's been said about a lot of games that haven't sold spectacularly. Espiecally Wii games.  It largely seems to be an excuse for niche games.

People generally complained that Gamestop didn't get any in.   Which, they're gamestop.  They don't get anything in outside preorders anymore.

I found my copy day one.

Ah, I wasn't able to find a copy for a long while, but then a few months after release I just randomly found one.

Wow, that must have sucked. I live in Toronto, and the game was everywhere when it was released. Hell, I still see new copies around when I visit game stores.

Well, it wasn't much a problem a little while after release. It's $20 brand new at most places or they just don't carry it anymore.

xseed almost go the rights to NMH2 before Ubisoft decided they wanted it, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were publishing this one. I just hope both versions get the gore and they don't decide to do some sort of lame "one version is censored and one is not" type of thing.

I don't see why they wouldn't, it worked out really well for Mortal Kombat on the SNES.

"Now, a fun game should always be easy to understand - you should be able to take one look at it and know what you have to do straight away. It should be so well constructed that you can tell at a glance what your goal is and, even if you don’t succeed, you’ll blame yourself rather than the game. Moreover, the people standing around watching the game have also got to be able to enjoy it." - Shiggy
