Forums - Gaming - No More Heroes coming to ps3/360

It will be interesting how sales will turn out considering It's a old Wii port with extras, plus No More Heroes 2 will be on the shelves already.

I'm surprised they didn't wait a bit longer tho to add Natal/PS3 Wand support. I'll miss the waggle for sure.

I might buy it for real cheap ($20 or less) if the content is quite a bit. But I still plan on buying NMH2 for the Wii.

It's just that simple.

I wouldn't exactly use the word "charming" to describe No More Heroes.  =/

And it's not like the game was that good anyway.

Awesome!!! It'll be a great looking button masher now.

I see how this works.  It's leaving the Wii so we can all officially stop pretending to like it now.

I like it.  I was being sarcastic.  I said what I said because it most definitely will have better graphics on the HD systems and without motion controls will just be a button masher.

one question how much this game will be gimped compared to original - i mean, no phone calls and some of the game mechanics will look kinda pointless now(charging a katana, anyone?). i hope it will turn out good, but it makes me wonder how much they will take out of the game to make it possible on ps360 and keep its charm.

Soooo.

Why are people saying ' no motion controls' when both HD systems are going to be receiving motion controls. Because it won't be released in time? Just wonderin :)

Can you imagine wielding a beam katana using Natal?  Me neither.

It might work with the wand which will probably be released sometime in 2019 though.

I also find the "Seeing the light" comments hilarious.

I guess activison saw the light with the MW games.

Because the motion controls simply would not work with either set-up. The control scheme utilizes the wiimote for what it is, and no what people wish it would be. You need an analog stick, some gyroscopic ability, IR, and waggle to perfectly replicate the controls. Admittedly the IR is only used during one power up that is semi-rare. Still, neither of the HD consoles motion controls offer a simple solution to replicate. You aren't missing out on much though. You really just need an analog stick and 1 button.

You need an analog stick though for movement. It could use the atrocious control scheme of RE5 for the wand, but that seems worse than just remapping the motion controlled aspects to buttons. It really won't take anything from the game at all.
