I say that FFXIII's combined sales will surpass those of at least one PS1-PS2 era main entry Final Fantasy game (X-2 counts while XI does not for the purpose of this bet).

They better make a pc version aswell then. Otherwise I don't see them having a chance with just two platforms. But who knows?

I doubt a PC version would be the thing to push them over.

Well, port from 360 to PC is cheap. So, even if the game sold something like 500k on pc it would make a considerable profit. But it's so strange this idea, a port from a port.

Its not so much that a pc version would sell huge amounts. Its more that I don't see them doing it with the hd consoles alone and thus anything that increases sales would be needed for it to outsell ff7.
