I've had the opportunity to play MW: Reflex over the weekend. As someone who has not played the HD versions, and has played COD:WaW on the Wii, I offer a brief review:
Graphics - Look solid for the Wii, comparable to World at War, if not a smidge better
Controls - Fluid and intuitive, Good use of submenus by linking the crosshairs with thumbstick directions. Good solution without having to cut control features out. If you choose Bravo controls, it controls a lot like World at War.
Online - Solid all around, with added people (5 on 5) more action going on, maps are more fun and smartly planned out. One of the best features is the quick recovery if the host loses server connection. Quickly brings everyone to the lobby and moves the group together. No more being totally booted from playing with the same group.
Sound - Digging the sound overall, like the differentiation in the people speaking, effects used to relay comm breakups, etc.
Single Player - Solid, good variety in missions, good flowing story.
Conclusion - All in all, MW:R is a solid title for the Wii, especially for FPS fans. If you were a fan of the HD version, there's nothing new for you, but for those who hadn't gotten to play it, check this one out.
9/10
