I used to hate EA now I like them (Cry-Tek, Dragon Age, Dante's Inferno, Battelfield and lots of other good games and devs).

I used to like Activision now i dont likem.

I only hated EA for milking the Sims franchise ( and I still hate them a bit for that ).

About Activision... The truth is that I never liked Vivendi Games, even before they bought Activision and now they have Robert Kotick...

Any company would milk something that is successful; to hate a company for that is to hate the idea of business itself. Any company will continually pursue a successful venture, especially one with little risk.

Not all company do. And you would expect a company as powerful and as rich as Activision to take some risks at least from time to time but nope...

My main problem with hating Activison/EA for ruining the industry, is that they simply ARE the industry nowadays. They know how to make money. Damn them to hell. /sarcasm off. The video game industry was never this pure establishment of integrity filled individuals. Anyone who thinks otherwise just has rose colored glasses on.
