Why not just have a camera???

More costly, plus the offender could wear a costume, thus making impossible to pinpoint who the crook was.

You could hide a webcam from a window...

it would have to be a pretty decent one.

Well, nothing. See, you are underage, he could get into a lot of trouble which could ultimately lead to his life being ruined if somebody interpreted that hug wrong. So, enjoy him from afar, and hands off, when you get older you will realize he wasn't all that you see him for right now.
