I can't think of any other games really worth mentioning

Super Stardust HD - Fantastic geometry wars style shooter, my favorite thing on PSN, its incredibly addicting trying to get to the top of your friends list.

You seem to like 3rd person games, you got most of the good ones...I was gonna say siren, but nevermind
Stardust HD- It's incredibly well polished and has great graphics for a game it's price. Not to mention very fun to play. Flower is extremely unique, extremely pretty but more on the artsy side of things. If don't have a wii, high velocity bowling actually works a lot like a wii game where you bowl using motion controls, it's a fun game.

If online-only isn't too much of a turnoff try Socom and Warhawk, both unique online third person games.

Folklore is another game I love that rarely get's respect there's two demos on PSN, game has unique art direction - It's more of an action game than a JRPG, but does have a fair amount of text-only storyline. Valkyrie chronicles, does have a major Anime feel to it, I'll admit you might not like it if that's a turnoff to you. Heavenly sword is a very well done fighting game, you'd enjoy it. And everyone likes to hate on Lair, I know, but it's actually not that bad - they have since fixed the major problem with the gesture control with an update, it has good graphics and a great soundtrack.
