They want to start charging Call of Duty owners a fee so they can play online like with World of Warcraft. If they do this i can see the Call of Duty franchise dying a fast death, people love it yes, i find it to be the best online game around but i would never pay for it and if they were to somehow make that change in a few months people will turn on them.

I certainly wouldnt pay a monthly fee just to play MW2 online.

Activsion already increased the retail price for the game, had other more expensive versions of the game, made sales records and now want to charge people to play online how greedy can they possibly be.

they can charge like wow but not as very expensive.

Xbox owners already pay for live theyd have to pay separate for MW2.

Its just plain wrong and i can see it happening because millions would actually pay.

Actually we pay to play a lot of games online, but at the mere $38.99 a year, divided by 12 =  $3.25 (rounded up) Per month. Then say I have 5 games that I love to play online...well each game costs me a mere 65 cents a month to play online...using your logic of course.

Anyway If they did that, they would fail...hard.

They will never do this I just dont see it happening this gen and if they did do it I have plently of other free options for great FPS game.

Ha, Ha, Ha that is very funny; I bought call of duty 2 but not the other games in the series. With this bit of info, I will not be picking up any of the games in the near future.
