Koji is a legend, but I really wish he'd have the sound staff update their sound libraries to something a bit more modern.

I don't think this game will get a 9 in metacritic because most of the fanboy journalist may consider this game a step back and/or not shiny enough.

I'm happy with an 85(which is where I predict the metacritic score will stabilise)

...for an average (and for a 2d game released in 2009) that's an impressive score as far as I'm concerned esp considering how out of favour nintendo are with the game geek press...

Galaxy 2 will rank in the 90's though!

I don't really care about the score to be honest, I've had more fun with NSMBWii than I did with Galaxy but Galaxy is technically the better game going by a review mentality..
