Hmm, that would be an interesting poll. As for me, I would take Wii Sports by a long shot in this matchup, but then again I've never been a fan of Halo since playing the first one before Xbox was even released. It always amazes me as to how great so many people think it is when it did nothing scores of PC games had done better for years.

But in any case it's purely subjective as to which console has a better library, so stating that it's a "fact" that 360 has better games than another console is laughable.

I gotta update games, so...

1. You're right, Wii Sports is just a pack in game. Then why did Wii Sports win 6 awards at Bafta? 

2. elprincipe: 360 games are on average, reviewed better than Wii games. And it could just be the console's lifespan, but it does have an awful lot more million sellers. I'm not going to run down a list of games, I don't have the energy for it. But if you look at games like Bioshock, Gears of War, Halo 3, and now games like Mass Effect, you'd see that the 360 has some pretty good titles...

Damnit, I hope I didn't turn into an Xbox fanboy. That would just be irony at its finest.

I think you're close to fanboy status. Rabidly defending a console whilst simultaneously bashing another.

You can save yourself, though, by admitting that the Wii has its own fun games and the potential for more fun games to come.

All the systems are fun. The PS3 just hasn't created enough of an identity to separate itself from the 360.



My End of 2008 Hardware Predictions (console only):

Wii : 50 million

360: 28 million

PS3: 24 million

That's nice.

 

However, I will be sticking with Spore for PC, which is currently my second most hyped games.

 

If The Sims is any indication, Will's games are only good on PC. But they're amazing on PC.

 Its a game basically based around evolution from my understanding, you create a creature and guide it as it evolves.

Spore is a simulation game where you basically are god. You create creatures, they enter an evolution process, and you can control how they interact with other creatures. The society you make starts from cells and finishes when your creatures reach the ability to go to space.
In a nutshell. You should check out the game more if it is interesting.
