The SONY ones, yes.

Seems they're taking the anti-piracy thing pretty seriously after how quick people were pirating games after the PSP launch.

with microsofts track record with pirates i doubt they will do any better. Sony has a great security right now but we will see how long until they figure out the security system. if nintendo's next console is similar to the wii's security then it will be easily hacked.
