The current record holder is GTA IV with 631,000 copies sold first day, but they didn't give the Xbox and PS3 numbers for this revised figure. Initially they reported 609,000 with Xbox 360 taking 335,000 and PS3 taking 274,000 which was 55/45 in favor of Xbox. GTA IV went on to sell 926,000 first week, 514,000 on Xbox and 413,000 on PS3, which was again 55/45 in favor of Xbox 360.
The previous record holder was GTA San Andreas with 501,000.

I think MW2 can sell a million first day, my prediction;
360 - 565,000
PS3 - 435,000
For GTA IV they reported first day numbers the following day, so I expect them to do the same for MW2 today.
