From now on, anybody who uses Metacritic scores to argue for or against a game or game library's quality is in agreement with EA that nobody can match their track record for quality.

Quickly, everybody write this down! This needs to be remembered.

"Now, a fun game should always be easy to understand - you should be able to take one look at it and know what you have to do straight away. It should be so well constructed that you can tell at a glance what your goal is and, even if you don’t succeed, you’ll blame yourself rather than the game. Moreover, the people standing around watching the game have also got to be able to enjoy it." - Shiggy

I kinda see their point, if you compare EA with another PUBLISHER excluding Sony and Nintendo then maybe you'd see that EA indeed has released very good games in the last 2 years. Their games have better scores than games from any other third party publisher lately:

- Square Enix is doing terrible on consoles lately.
- Konami is doing terrible too on consoles their last good game was MGS4, Silent Hill 5 wasn't a AAA game.
- Ubisoft had a rough start on this gen but I see them improving they quality of their games just now.
- Activision Blizzard is very inconsistent when it comes down on releasing quality games.

EA games right now are being pretty good lately (the ones I remember right now are RB series, EA sports games, Dead Space, Brutal Legend, Need for Speed has become pretty good, Battlefield series. Also EA distributes Valve games for retail; I'm pretty sure there's quite a few more I'm just lazy to search for them)

I'm not trying to defend them I tend to hade big game publishers but I'm just trying to be reasonable...

EA as a publisher has become much better at releasing quality games over the last few years. It no longer feels like the soulless massproducing giant that I once viewed it as. Whatever you feel about the statement they just made, I feel they have a right to be proud over their accomplishment.

Too bad they are losing so much money.

This is invisible text!

They're the best publishers besides Sony and Nintendo.

EA publishes a ton of great games. No one can deny that. They have every right to claime their games are the best.
