It's like after the GTA4 hype. Most people don't know what the fuzz all about after playing the game.

MW 2 is another shooter, and there are better ones out there, but they are not hyped.

The game is great. One of the best ever made. But I do feel that IW felt too much pressure to add so much crap in this game that they lost a little focus in just perfecting the things that they do implement. I really wish they didn't take out team tactical. Sometimes it feels like there is too much going on on the screen. The death streak perks are annoying. As if dying three times in a row doesn't piss me off enough when it happens I don't need a fucking reminder that I am sucking for a particular period in the game.

The game feels pretty sluggish at times as well. in COD4 you could pick up a second gun like nothing tap triangle then tap/hold box for a split second before your gun is even finished switching over to the secondary gun and bam you got your second primary gun and you're good to go. In this one you have to pause, stop everything you are doing, hit triangle wait for the delayed gun switch, hold box for a longer second then switch out and even then sometimes if you try to rush it a bit you run the risk of moving on only to realize you dropped your primary gun when you try to switch over to kill an enemy and you're stuck with a half empty primary gun that you picked up and a secondary weapon with enemies approaching.

It doesn't seem to make sense since everything else in this game is much more faster paced than COD4. Sometimes I wish I could get away from all the fast paced action and have a more tactical battle. I love a good stare down when you run into an opponent and you both see eachother and then duck for cover then you have to outsmart eachother to kill the other guy. In this one almost always someone will be coming around a corner any second now shooting one of us in the back.

MW2 is better than all those games, Unchartered 2 is amazing but it isn't going to last any near as long as MW2 online. i've played all the games you mentioned above and none compare to MW2,

As a single player game Unchartered 2 wins, as an overall (online and offline) and online game MW2 pis*es all over them.

No I am not disappointed in MW2. Superb game. Got to today and I'm enjoying every bit of it. SP is just good fun, MP is pure awesomeness and Spec Ops I love playing with my bro. HOWEVER having said that it's not as good graphics as I imagined it to be. I mean I always play my PS3 games to the highest resolution with of course the HDMI cable and graphics is nothing near perfect or 'so amazing', especially compared to Uncharted 2. But then again, I don't play games for graphics. Just pure entertainment and I'm getting all the entertainment from MW2 and it's bloody awesome.

And the damndest thing about it, is that he wants to get into pc game development.
