Hmm... not too easy to do, I guess mine are:

Wii: FF4: The After Years (or if WiiWare doesn't count, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn)

DS: Aquia (Seriously. I keep going back to play it. If DSiWare doesn't count... hmm... Dark Spire? That's a tough one.)
