ioi doesn't use MC, nor Famitsu, nor Denkegi exclusively, or atleast that's what I've seen.
"typically" it seems he uses Famitsu data, then updates using a hybrid of all of the available formats, to get a median number rather than a specific number. This helps if a game is ultra-under, or overtracked.
