Forums - General - Bill O'Reilly vs Glenn Beck

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed that Fox managed to get somebody who makes Bill look like the calm voice of reason. Here's a clip of Beck at his most hilariously incoherent:

Bill's still an asshole who shouts down anybody he disagrees with, though. :P

@famousringo. That was amongst the weirdest things I have ever seen. I mean, ...?

Also both Glenn Beck and Bill O'Reilly kind of annoy me, kind of amuse me. Bill O'Reilly is definitely the more sane and reasonable of the two though. Not that that is saying much.

Well the problem with Glen Beck is... he's just went insane.

He used to be a slightly rightwing type person. Occasionally made the irking comment, was pretty funny.  Had a TV show that was ok...

Then he went all batshit insane after 9/11. Like I think it literally gave him a nervous breakdown.  Started saying the world was going to end anyday.

He basically turned into a conservative George Noory... but in an unfun way.

Now Bill O'Reily.  I actually hear he's fairly reasonable in person politically and way more centrist... and it's mostly an act.  Although apparently he's an even bigger douchebag in real life though.

O'Reilly doesn't cry on television on a weekly basis, so I guess that makes him seem saner than Beck.

But to his credit, the few times I've seen Beck talking to one of his guests he's actually seemed interested in what they have to say and, you know, let them talk. I think someone should make a thread pitting O'Reilly against that rambling idiot Chris Matthews to see who is the worst host of them all!
