The fanboy ratio's have always seemed pretty balanced to me, unlike some of the fanboys themselves.

i can't believe how happy xbox 360 owners are happy with the MW2 hype
as if its a console exclusive or something.
and here they CONDEMN us PS3 owners for hyping UC2 like crazy.
geez play the game before you judge it.

oh well i am a ps3 fangirl lol, and proud to be one, at least i have tried other consoles so i do have the benefit of actually experiencing which is the best console.
To be honest they all have their advantages and disadvantages, but yet I spend more time on my PS3 and enjoy it so much more than the other consoles.

The problem is that the difference between being proud of your purchase and bullying the owners of the other consoles is very thin.

People are more sensitive to the fanboys of the consoles they aren't fan of. When the owners of X360s and Wiis feel there is a bigger amount of PS3 fanboys, it must be because there are more of them.

Actually, my only home console is a PS3, and I am by far more sensitive to PS3 fanboys then other fanboys. Mostly because I feel that many of the fanboys on here who don't seem to think a lot before they post and are easily put on the defensive, are PS3 fanboys. And I hate to see them smother the reputation of those of us who can make a valid argument when discussing.

If that's your perception of it, that's cool, but there's always to sides of the fence. Many people on this site are proud of their purchases and don't bully anybody.

Being thin doesn't mean that you have to trespass it.

I take offense to that comment, I may be a Sony fanboy, but I am definitely not a mindless fanboy. I was never a big Sony fan before I bought my PS3, I only became a fanboy because of the fantastic experience I've had with my PS3.

It was a generalization in my part. Obviously your possition is the more reasonable, but unfortunately it's not that common.

I didn't say that Sony fanboys are mindless fanboys, I said that most of the mindless fanboys are Sony fanboys. If you aren't a mindless fanboy, then you shouldn't really find it offensive.

For you to find that offensive, you would have to be a mindless fanboy yourself. But I won't comment on that.
