The main ingredient is shrimp. I also added some 'shrooms, strips of swine, pineapple, onions, red and green bell peppers, some Daddy's Sweet BBQ Rub, roux, some Cajun spices, basil and bay leaves, half a stick of unsalted butter, honey, pineapple juice and my *Secret* ingredients.

The shrimp were cooked too much and made them somewhat tough. However, the other items - the 'shrooms, the onions and the pineapple - were crisp and flavorful.

Dub'z Hawaiian-Cajun Shrimp Mash-Up passed the test.

I give it 8.5 out of 10 stars.

It would have gotten higher if the shrimp wasn't tough. They still tasted good, but softer shrimp would have set this OFF!

It prolly tasted way good, but the presentation left a bad taste in my mouth.

baked potato sliced 10 times horizontally, filled with butter and topped with bacon bits, cheese, and meat seasoning. The lettuce has been treated with olive oil, vinegar, and salt

Interesting. I thought it was dim sum. Why did you use meat seasoning?

Oh, so you like the taste of meat?

9/10. Would be 10/10 if you could share it with someone special.

>_>......

lol the chucky bits on top are the bacon bits. The overall coloring of it (which is orange when viewed in person) comes from "sazon goya" seasoning. Sprinkling it over the potato gives it the nice coloring on top. It may look strange at first, but it tastes really good.
